Recent Highlights:

2010 – In the 400m, Tamsyn lined up at the Australia Cup (first, 52.41) in Canberra, the Hunter Track Classic (first, 52.86) in Sydney and the IAAF Melbourne Track Classic (second, 52.64) before heading to the Australian Athletics
Championships and placing fourth overall (third Australian) in a time of 53.13 during April Tamsyn was crowned state 200m champion in March, taking line honours at the Victoria State Championships in a time of 24.83.

After successfully taking out her heat in the 400m hurdles at the Australian Athletics Championships Tamsyn won a silver medal in the final, crossing the line behind fellow Commonwealth Games nominee Lauren Boden in a time of 58.08.

2011 - Tamsyn won the 400m/800m double at the Australian Championships.
