Please email scott.westcott@nswathletics.org.au if you cannot accept your position in the field of the Hunter Track Classic. If you are able to accept your place the Athlete information sheet is available for download below. This sheet outlines all the proceedures for competitors at the meet.
Athlete information sheet
All procedures for athletes who have been selected to compete at the Hunter Track Classic are outlined in the Athlete Information Sheet download above. All athletes MUST read this sheet before the competition.
Prize Money and Support
Prize money amounts to $20,000.
All the hotel and travel support has been offered at this point. We are still able to offer on ground transport to the hotel from the airport. See below.
- Ground transport: athletes can access the shuttle to/ from the airport and to/from the track.
State teams are welcome to compete through invitation. Zone teams from NSW are encouraged to send teams. Zone coordinators are responsible for nominating and selecting teams. Interested athletes should check with their zone coordinator if their zone will be nominating a team. Professional Handicap 300m
This event is independently run by the NSW Athletic League. Athletes must be registered with the NSWAL or acquire a 1 day license. Entry forms are now available through the NSWAL Handbook and their website (www.nswal.com).
